Perfect 10/10 experience, the hotel is recently refurbished with favourable location to from the tube. Comfy bed in the queen room, plus a storage space and coffee. Exceptional view from the room.

This place is newly renovated and has a spacious feel, just like the pictures showed, and I really enjoyed the varied and tasty breakfast with a nice touch of unique jams and meticulously prepared toast.

The location in a nice area was handy and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. Enjoyed the location close to a subway station. The room was spotless and light, offered a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment and television.

There was nothing about this stay to recommend it.
The whole experience was a diabolical nightmare and I was extremely upset by the entire episode. This establishment does not deserve to be called a 'hotel'. The standard of every aspect was extremely poor and in some instances appalling. I have never stayed anywhere this bad in my entire 68 years.
